Thank you for booking your session with us. Please read our refund terms carefully before confirming your appointment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Late Arrival:
  If the client arrives 30 minutes or more late to the scheduled session, the photographer reserves the right to leave.
  👉 In this case, no refund will be issued.

• Last-Minute Cancellations:
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible for Full Refund:

• The photographer did not show up to the scheduled session.

• The session was canceled due to extreme weather conditions.

• The promised materials (photos/videos) were not delivered.
