We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your clothing item, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

  • If necessary, the item may need to be returned for inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The clothing shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or has been washed.

  • The original tag is missing or removed.

  • The return is requested after the return window has closed.

Return Instructions

If your item qualifies for return, please contact us at pothographertulum@gmail.com to begin the process. You will receive return instructions and must follow them for the return to be accepted.

Note: At this time, returns are handled in person in Tulum only. We do not offer mail returns or shipping services.
