📄 Terms of Service

By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment or a deposit (depending on the service) is required to confirm your booking.

  • The photographer’s availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Punctuality

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session.

  • If the client arrives 30 minutes late or more, the photographer has the right to leave, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the photography style, as it is made available for review prior to booking.

External Conditions

  • In the event of extreme weather that prevents the session from taking place, the session may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

  • A full refund will be issued if the photographer does not show up or the agreed materials are not delivered.

Delivery of Materials

  • All materials (photos/videos) will be delivered within 5 business days.

  • Clients may not request additional edits or content beyond what was agreed upon in the original package. Any extra work requested will incur an additional charge.

  • All materials will be delivered digitally via a private download link.

Usage Rights

  • The photographer reserves the right to use selected content for promotional purposes (website, social media), unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
